Return Process

  Place the paddle in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment for signs of excessive wear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
